PHY 101 - Introduction to Physics I: Surveys general principles of physics. Includes topics such as force and motion, energy, heat, sound, light, electricity and magnetism, and modern physics. Part I of II.

Lecture 3 hours. Laboratory 3 hours. Total 6 hours per week.

PHY 102 - Introduction to Physics II: Surveys general principles of physics. Includes topics such as force and motion, energy, heat, sound, light, electricity and magnetism, and modern physics. Part II of II.

Lecture 3 hours. Laboratory 3 hours. Total 6 hours per week.

PHY 201 - General College Physics I: Teaches fundamental principles of physics. Covers mechanics, thermodynamics, wave phenomena, electricity and magnetism, and selected topics in modern physics. Prerequisite: MTH 163. Part I of II.

Lecture 3 hours. Laboratory 3 hours. Total 6 hours per week.

PHY 202 - General College Physics II: Teaches fundamental principles of physics. Covers mechanics, thermodynamics, wave phenomena, electricity and magnetism, and selected topics in modern physics. Prerequisite: MTH 163. Part II of II.
