Creates web pages for personal use with a GUI web editor. Creates static and dynamic pages utilizing the basics of web design, links, tables, layout, and cascading style sheets, scan and edit graphics. Designed for non-IT professionals who may have a role in the design, content or implementation of web sites. Prerequisites: May be determined by local college.

Provides the student the opportunity to solve a business problem from identification of the problem through the logical design and implementation on a database. Makes use of the knowledge that was gained in the prerequisite courses.
