Surveys the identification, degrees, and admissibility of evidence for criminal prosecution; examines pre-trial and trial procedures as they pertain to the rules of evidence.

This course will require the student come to campus on Wednesdays from 9:30 - 10:45 a.m. Students must have regular access to a computer and the Internet to successfully complete this course.
