Presents scientific notation, precision and accuracy, decimals and percents, ratio and proportion, variation, simple equations, techniques of graphing, use of charts and tables, logarithms, and the metric system. Prerequisites: a placement recommendation for
MTH 126 and one unit of high school mathematics or equivalent.
