Continues the Virginia Office of Emergency Medical Services Intermediate and/or Paramedic curricula. Utilizes techniques which will allow the student to utilize the assessment findings to formulate a field impression and implement the treatment plan for the trauma patient. Prerequisites: Current EMT-B certification and
EMS 151.
Lecture 2 hours. Laboratory 2 hours. Total 4 hours per week.
