Teaches advanced concepts of contract types, negotiations, ethics in government contracting, contract modifications, and contract administration. Presents in-depth studies of cost and pricing policies, cost accounting standards, protest, identifying fraud in government contracts, quality assurance, termination for convenience, and termination for default.
