- BUS 187 - Disbursing Clerk Fiscal Procedures

Provides training and instruction necessary to prepare and asemble monthly financial and checking account returns, and special disbursing reports according to current United States Navy procedure. Includes introduction of various public and collection vouchers, the UMIDS systems and preparation of the Statement of Accountability.
Lecture 2 hours. Laboratory 4 hours. Total 6 hours per week.
