Examines key performance indicators, customer care center planning and management processes, and customer care center technology and facilities management. Examines planning and management processes upon which customer care center operations depend, including forecasting, staffing and scheduling. Examines site selection, customer care center design, health and safety issues, and disaster recovery principles.
