Introduces the reading and writing of modern standard Chinese. Emphasizes vocabulary build-up and practice in reading and writing. May be taken in conunction with Beginning Spoken Chinese (CHI 102). Prerequisite:
CHI 121 for
CHI 122. Part I of II.
