Prepares the student for certification as a Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) provider as defined by the American College of Surgeons. Prerequisite: EMT or other healthcare provider.
Lecture 1-2 hours. Laboratory 0-2 hours. Total 1-4 hours per week.
