Operations - EMT 245

Offering institutions

EMT 245 - Operations: Prepares the student for Virginia and National Registry Paramedic certification. Includes the theory and application of the following: medical incident command, rescue awareness and operations, hazardous materials incidents, and crime scene awareness. (Conforms to the current Department of Transportation Curriculum for EMT - Paramedics.)

Lecture 1-2 hours. Laboratory 2 hours. Total 3-4 hours per week.
