Presents a banker's guide to law and legal issues with special emphasis on the Uniform Commercial Code. Includes summaries of law pertaining to contracts, real estate, and bankruptcy. Highlights legal implications of consumer lending, sources and applications of banking law, torts and crimes, real and personal property, and a complete glossary of legal terminology related to banking.
