Introduction to Massage - HLT 170

HLT 170 - Introduction to Massage: Introduces the student to the field of massage therapy. Student practices basic Swedish massage strokes, aromatherapy, effleurage, petressage and friction, as well as indications and contra-indication for massage.

Lecture 1 hour per week.
