- INS 211 - Introduction to Instrumentation I

Presents fundamentals of temperature, pressure, level, and flow measurements and their application in Industrial Process Systems. Covers pneumatic, mechanical, and electronic digital transducers including: calculator computations, computer applications, calibration and maintenance of industrial instrumentation equipment. Prerequisite completion of all requirements for common-core E.I.E. curriculum.
Lecture 3 hours. Laboratory 8 hours. Total 11 hours per week.
