OCT 225 - Neurological Concepts for Occupational Therapy Assistants
Focuses on the workings of the human nervous system from the cellular level to the systems level with an emphasis on normal neurological function, the impact of neurological dysfunction, and how to use neurological rehabilitation techniques to facilitate the rehabilitation process across the lifespan.
Lecture 3 hours. Laboratory 3 hours. Total 6 hours per week.
