Develops fundamental skills toward the task of interpreting, including, but not limited to: cloze, abstracting, decalage, transcoding, register, and monitoring. Applies skills in extra-linguistic and linguistic scenarios. Review Process Models of Interpreting, and uses one to analyze interpretations. Requires research and develops team interpreting skills. Prerequisite/co-requisite: SCM 200
