- TRV 245 - Convention and Exposition Law and Ethics

Focuses on legal principles and precedents, and ethical considerations as they apply to exposition and convention management. Reviews laws dealing with letters of agreement, contracts, torts and other considerations peculiar to conventions and expositions. Covers legal and ethical aspects regarding tax, intellectual property, insurance, employement, antitrust and liquor liability.
