The Associate of Applied Science in Associate of Applied Science of Human Services is part of the Mental and Social Health Services and Allied Professions, Other program at Blue Ridge Community College

Human Services program allows students to prepare for employment as paraprofessionals in a wide variety of human service agencies. Graduates can be employed in agencies working with the intellectually disabled, mentally ill or elderly. As a social worker, students can work in mental health, corrections, substance abuse, health care and community service agencies. The program provides transfer options to Mary Baldwin University and James Madison University.
