- Introduces the basic social, religious, ethical, and psychological factors that influence funeral service. Teaches telephone techniques and etiquette and acceptable funeral terminology. Studies the various types of religious, fraternal, and military funeral services.Lecture 4 hours per week.

This synchronous online class meets on specific days and times over Zoom. Your instructor will facilitate live online lectures and discussions.
