The Associate of Science in Teacher Education - Secondary Mathematics Specialization is part of the Elementary Education and Teaching program at Brightpoint Community College
This two-year degree prepares student to transfer to a four-year college and major in math. Graduates have the intent to become a middle or high school math teacher. Graduates must pass the Praxis Core Academic Skills tests before transferring.
