- Assigns problems for independent study incorporating previous instruction and supervised by the instructor.May be repeated for credit. Variable hours.
1-5 credits - ARC 212 - Architectural Drafting III
- Provides fundamental knowledge of the principles and techniques of architectural drawings, procedures. Familiarizes students with design process to provide a better understanding of the relationship between architectural design and structural systems.Lecture 2 hours. Laboratory 3 hours. Total 5 hours per week.
Prerequisite: ARC 112 or equivalent.3 credits - ARC 221 - Architectural CAD Applications Software I
- Teaches the principles and techniques of architectural drawing practices through the use of architecture specific CAD software. Utilizes the commands and features of the software to generate drawings that emphasize architectural design and structural systems. Use local prerequisites.Lecture 2 hours. Laboratory 2 hours. Total 4 hours per week.
3 credits - ARC 299 - Supervised Study
