NOTE: This class requires a 40 hour practicum in a child care classroom. If placements are possible, a criminal history records check AND Tb test will be required of all students. Students are responsible for the cost of the records check and TB test. If, because of COVID 19, we are unable to place students in classrooms, students will be doing video observations. In that case, background checks and Tb tests will not be required. Contact Mary Larue 804-523-5339 PRIOR TO REGISTERING if you have anything more than a simple traffic ticket on your criminal history.
