Presents the concepts of preventative and predictive maintenance needed to increase machine up-time and reliability, product quality, and plant productivity.

General Course Purpose

Provide students with the skills necessary to increase machine reliability and up time, and reduce waste to increase industrial output and capacity. Provides manufacturing students with experiences where they will apply preventative and predictive maintenance techniques to industrial processes.
