ESL 24 - Oral and Written Communications I
Provides practice in the sound, stress, intonation, structural patterns, grammar, vocabulary, and idioms of beginning-level English. Prerequisite: Requires ability to understand short spoken passages as well as familiarity with basic grammatical structure.

All class materials are presented in Canvas, but the instructor will also hold classes through video conferencing at a set day/time each week. This is the most similar to a traditional face-to-face class. Students will need, at a minimum, the ability to participate in those video conferences through an audio connection. Participation on those class meeting dates is required (similar to a traditional face-to-face class).
