AUT 242 - Automotive Electricity II
Introduces electricity and magnetism, symbols and circuitry as applied to the alternators, regulators, starters, lighting systems, instruments and gauges and accessories. Part II of II.

Due to the current COVID-19 crisis and insufficient space in our classrooms to provide the required social distancing, the Lecture component of this class will be online, however the Lab component will be on campus, in person. Classes will alternate weeks, one week online Lecture and another week on campus Lab. Both Lecture and Lab will be performed on the day and time listed for the course. Check with your instructor for specific dates. You must have good internet access for the Lecture. Must bring and wear a mask whilst on campus for the Lab.

This class is not open to general automotive students. It is restricted to General Motors program placed ASEP students only. The GM/NVCC partnership requires completion of on and off campus field activities with peer/instructor evaluations. Class meets on campus the 1st 8 weeks and at the dealer the 2nd eight weeks.
