Pre-requisites for PED 168: HLT 105 or current CPR certification, PED 111, BIO 141 or equivalent course in human anatomy. or permission of the instructor.
This class will focus on the ACE Integrated Fitness Training program: www.acefitness.orgThis course is geared for students enrolled in NOVA's Fitness Certificate Program. It is strongly recommended that students have some experience in the fitness field or have taken academic classes in resistance training, anatomy, and fitness. Course content is designed to prepare students to sit for the ACE Personal Training Certification Exam upon completion.
