- RUS 101 - Beginning Russian I
- Introduces cultural awareness, listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills and emphasizes basic sentence structure. Part I of II. This is a UCGS transfer course.Lecture 4 hours. Total 4 hours per week.
4 credits - RUS 102 - Beginning Russian II
- Develops the understanding, speaking, reading, and writing of Russian, and emphasizes the structure of the language. May include oral drill and practice. Part II of II. This is a UCGS transfer course.Lecture 4 hours. Total 4 hours per week.
Prerequisites: RUS 101, or two years of successful completion of high school Russian, or demonstrated experiential learning, or by placement test, or equivalent.4 credits - RUS 201 - Intermediate Russian I
- Continues to develop cultural awareness, listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, and introduces complex sentence structures. Classes may be conducted in target language. Part I of II. This is a UCGS transfer course.Lecture 4 hours. Total 4 hours per week.
Prerequisite: RUS 102, or three years of successful completion of high school Russian, or demonstrated experiential learning, or by placement test, or equivalent.4 credits - RUS 202 - Intermediate Russian II
