Civic Engagement course (C). Civic Engagement courses equip students with critical thinking skills needed to be informed and effective participants in the civic life of the communities to which they belong. Starting fall 2020, students in all degree programs are required to take at least one Civic Engagement course to fulfill degree requirements and graduate. This section is internet based with no scheduled in-person or online meeting times. All instruction is provided through the college's learning management system, Canvas.
