Course Description
Explores a variety of contemporary jazz styles from global perspectives. Includes floor stretches, isolations, dance patterns and locomotor movements. Part II of II. May be repeated up to 4 times for credit.

General Course Purpose
DAN 263 provides opportunities for students to actively participate in jazz technique classes. Students will continue to learn the vocabulary of jazz movements and further develop their technical skills.
Course Prerequisites/Corequisites
Prerequisite: DAN 163 skills assessment
