ITN 217 - MAC Operating System Administration

Covers the installation, configuration and administration of Apple's MAC operating system client software.
Credits 3-4 hours. Lecture 3-4 hours.

General Course Purpose

The primary goal of the course is to prepare help desk specialists, technical coordinators, service technicians, system administrators, and others who support Mac users to knowledgeably address customer concerns and questions. This includes the ability to return a Mac OS computer to normal operation using the proper utilities, resources, and troubleshooting techniques.
