MTH 1 - Developmental Mathematics
Designed to bridge the gap between a weak mathematical foundation and the knowledge necessary for the study of mathematics courses in technical, professional, and transfer program. Topics may include arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and trigonometry. Credits not applicable toward graduation.
Variable hours per week.

MTH 1 - Occupational Mathematics
Introduces contextualized mathematics concepts for specific occupational fields of study in order to make direct connections between basic skills and their applications to a career field. Topics may include arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and trigonometry. Credits not applicable toward graduation and completion does not satisfy specific MTE modules.
Lecture 1-3 hours. Total 1-3 hours per week.
Corequisite: Requires enrollment in an entry level course of an occupational program as defined as career/technical education.
