Home Health Aide - NUR 29 at Rappahannock Community College

NUR 29 - Home Health Aide: Emphasizes caring for older patients; includes social, emotional and spiritual needs; procedures; communication; charting; reporting; infection control; safety; anatomy and physiology, nutrition; personal care; death and dying. Provides clinicals in nursing home/patient's residence.

Lecture 1-2 hours. Laboratory 3 hours. Total 4-5 hours per week.
