Covers fundamental chemical engineering topics including engineering problem solving, stoichiometric and composition relationships, material balances, energy balances, chemical operations and processes, reactive and non-reactive systems (batch, continuous, single-phase and multi-phase). Introduces thermodynamics and physical chemistry.
