ITN 107 - Personal Computer Hardware and Troubleshooting
Includes specially designed instruction to give a student a basic knowledge of hardware and software configurations. Includes the installation of various peripheral devices as well as basic system hardware components.

The fee for the required materials for this course is $124.99 and is charged as a course fee when you enroll. If you are enrolled in other courses that also require Cengage materials, this fee is only paid once. A Windows-based computer with Office 365 (provided to all students as a free campus resource) or 2019 is required. Students without access to the necessary hardware/software configuration are encouraged to use the WIndows-based computers on campus. Please note, Macs and Chromebooks are not acceptable devices for this class.
