HRT 250 - Plant Composition
Applies basic knowledge of identification and landscape traits of woody landscape plants from the prerequisite base. Emphasizes plant groupings/combinations to create baselines, focalization, urban/suburban tree use, foundation groupings and screening.
Lecture 2 hours per week.
Prerequisites: HRT 245 or HRT 201.

Students will meet only via Zoom except for the following dates when the class will meet in person for field trips at various locations throughout the region. 3/20, 3/27, 4/3, 4/10, 4/24 (2024). Students must be able to traverse up to 3 miles on uneven ground. Students are expected to provide their transportation to locations of classes held in the field. Hybrid Course - Synchronous Hybrid.
