MUS 149 - Band Ensemble
Ensemble consists of performance from the standard repertoires, including study of ensemble techniques and interpretation. Divisional approval required. May be repeated for credit.

U.Va. Cavalier Marching Band: Students who wish to sign up for the marching band must email the marching band director, Andrew Koch ( akoch@virginia.edu), for a permission number. Students who participate will follow the practice and performance schedule of the Cavalier Marching Band. The Band will perform at all home football games and travel to one away game and a bowl game. Practice schedule - Mon., Tues, & Thurs. from 6-8 pm. Students will receive instruments and uniforms from UVA and will have to only purchase shoes and gloves.
