The Career Studies Certificate in Career Studies Certificate in Welding is part of the Welding Technology/Welder program at Rappahannock Community College

To train persons for full-time employment as beginning welders. This short-term course of studies is intended to introduce students to the principles and techniques of basic arc and oxyacetylene welding and cutting, basic and advanced shielded metal arc welding, and basic pipe welding.
