CUL 85 - Introduction to Food Preparation Assisting
Studies cooking terminology. Teaches cooking techniques. Studies preparation of cold appetizers, hot appetizers, vegetables, soups, gravies, salad dressing, fruits, rice, cereal and pasta products.
