CAD 202 - Computer Aided Drafting and Design II
Teaches production drawings and advanced operations in computer aided drafting. (Credit will not be awarded for both CAD 202 and DRF 202.)
Lecture 2-3 hours. Laboratory 2-3 hours. Total 4-6 hours per week.

Students must install and use AutoCAD software on their personal computer (preferably desktop) with the following specifications: Processor - 2.5 GHz or greater; Installed RAM - 8 GB; Display Resolution - 1920 x 1080. Computers with lesser specifications may work in some cases. Mac-books and Chrome-books are not acceptable. TCC Computer Club may be able to provide free computers with required characteristics to eligible students.
This course is conducted online in real time with scheduled meeting days and times as published in the class schedule, supplemented with online asynchronous (anytime) computer coursework. Student participation in the synchronous (real time) sessions may be required. Specific expectations regarding real time sessions will be communicated by the faculty. Students are required to have reliable and daily access to a computer and internet service.
