AIR 181 - Planning and Estimating I
Presents fundamentals of blueprint reading as applied to the building trades. Emphasizes air conditioning distribution, designing and drawing residential and commercial systems, take-off of materials and estimating the cost of the systems. Part I of II.
Lecture 1-2 hours. Laboratory 2-3 hours. Total 3-5 hours per week.

Attendance at live online class meetings is required on Tuesdays from 6 - 6:50 p.m. These meetings will be held via Zoom or other application designated by the instructor. Students must login to Canvas regularly to check for course announcements, complete assignments, check grades and feedback, and participate in any other course activities required by the instructor. Students must have regular access to a computer and the Internet to successfully complete this course. Some courses require proctored testing.
