MAC 250 - Advanced Computer Aided Manufacturing
Focuses on advanced computer aided manufacturing with emphasis on CAD-CAM interfacing, advanced 3-D, and advanced turning. Introduces quality control inspection suing coordinate measuring systems, statistical process controls and digitizers. Teaches basic and advanced fabrication programming and flexible manufacturing systems.
Lecture 1-2 hours. Laboratory 2-4 hours. Total 3-5 hours per week.
