NUR 222 - Second Level Nursing Principles and Concepts II
Focuses on nursing care of individuals, families, and/or groups with multidimensional needs in a variety of settings. Uses all components of the nursing process with increasing degrees of skill. Includes math computation skills, basic computer instruction related to the delivery of nursing care and nursing care related to cardiac, respiratory, neurological disorders; emergency care, and leadership principles. Provides supervised learning experiences in college nursing laboratories and/or cooperating agencies.
Lecture 1-9 hours. Laboratory 2-27 hours. Total 11-28 hours per week.
