AUT 252 - Automotive Drivetrains
Presents the operation, design, diagnosis, and repair of manual, automatic transmissions, and final drive systems, for both front and rear drive vehicles. Covers clutches, synchronizers, torque converters, differentials, drive axles, U-joints, CV joints, 4-wheel drive, and all-wheel drive systems.
Lecture 2 hours. Laboratory 6 hours. Total 8 hours per week.
