The Career Studies Certificate in Career Studies Certificate in Emergency Medical Services, Paramedic I is part of the Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic) program at Rappahannock Community College

To provide the foundation for the EMT-Paramedic role. Upon completion of the Paramedic I CSC, the student is eligible to advance to the Paramedic II curriculum and complete the requirements for Paramedic licensure. Students who do not have the AEMT certification will be able to test in this curriculum after the first semester.
